School District Impact Fees
Local elementary and high school districts collect fees according to their individually adopted fee schedule. Fees are calculated on square footage of new habitable residential space 500 square feet and above; or new commercial/industrial space. Please contact the appropriate district for current fees.
ADUs under 750 square feet are not subject to school fees.
Jefferson Union High School District (JUHSD)
JUHSD will act as the collection agent for the high school district and the school districts of:
- Bayshore
- Brisbane
- Jefferson Elementary
- Pacifica
