Building Maintenance Permits

Building maintenance permits include the replacement of:

Submit Electronically

To submit a quick permit application, email the following to the Building Division:

  1. Completed permit application (Building Permit Application (PDF) or Re-Roofing Permit Application (PDF))
  2. Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF) (Visa or MasterCard)
  3. Shelter in Place Acknowledgement Form (PDF) Not Currently Required

Mail or Fax

To obtain a permit by mail or fax, the same items are required; however, you may pay by check.
