The City administers a minor home repair program and a residential rehabilitation program funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The programs offer grants and low interest loans to eligible low income Daly City homeowners and rental property owners whose units are occupied by 51% or more low income renters..

inluding Security Bars Retrofit Grants
Complete Rehab Loan, up to $75,000 at 1% interest
includng Roof Only, Windows Only, and Exterior Paint Only, and more loans
