We are pleased to announce the opportunity for qualified developers to develop affordable housing on land owned by the Daly City Housing Development Finance Agency (DCHDFA) in the Bayshore neighborhood of Daly City.

Property Size and Location: Approximately 12.5 acres in the Bayshore neighborhood, adjacent to the Cow Palace.

Development Objectives: A residential development that has an affordable housing component consistent with Community Redevelopment Law and the exemptions permitted under the California Surplus Land Act (Gov. Code § 54220 et seq.).
