Five Steps for Film Permits

  1. Read through the Guidelines for Filming in Daly City.
  2. Obtain a Business License: Forms available through the Finance and Administrative Services Department.
  3. Fill out the Motion Picture Permit form (PDF).
  4. Email completed Motion Picture Permit form or fax it to the attention of City Manager at 650-991-5759.
