Availability of Public Records

All public records relating to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda, which are not exempt from disclosure pursuant to the California Public Records Act, that is distributed to a majority of the legislative body will be available for public inspection at the City Clerk's Office, City Hall located at 333 90th Street, Daly City, CA during normal business hours, at the same time that the public records are distributed or made available to the legislative body.

Public Official Appointments

This form is used to report additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards, or commissions of another public agency or to a committee or position of the agency of which the public official is a member. This form is required pursuant to FPPC Regulation 18702.5. Each agency must post on its website a single Form 806 which lists all the paid appointed positions to which an official will vote to appoint themselves.
