Curbside Pickup Service Suspended Effective Monday, December 21
Daly City Public Library is temporarily suspending Curbside Pickup Service effective Monday, December 21. Book drops at all four library locations will continue to be open for returns. We are taking this action now to protect public health as well as library staff.
We will continue to offer virtual programming and downloadable ebooks. We look forward to resuming in-person services as soon as the shelter-in-place order is lifted.
Mail Delivery Service
Items ready for pick up at any of the four Daly City Public Libraries can be mailed to you. There is no charge for this service.
- If you have already been notified that your item is ready for pick up, email library@dalycity.org or call 650-991-8036 to request mail delivery, including your library card number and confirmation of your mailing address.
- If you would like to request new holds, you can use our online catalog. You can also email library@dalycity.org or call 650-991-8023 for recommendations or assistance.
- Choose Serramonte Main Library as your pick-up location.
- Once you have been notified that your item is ready to pick up, email library@dalycity.org or call 650-991-8036 to request mail delivery, including your library card number and confirmation of you mailing address.
Download Library Apps
The Library offers a number of apps to download and use on your phone or tablet.
- Download the Daly City Library app in the App Store or Google Play.
- Download OverDrive ebooks and eaudiobooks through your preferred app: OverDrive, Libby, or Sora.
- Stream movies and TV shows with Kanopy with apps for mobile devices and smart TVs.
- Read emagazines with RBDigital with apps for iOS, Android, and Kindle (links to the apps are at the bottom of the page).
