The City of Daly City has issued two Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified consultants/firms as follows:
1. Sullivan Corridor Specific Plan Update
Focus: Undertake, guide, and successfully facilitate the update of the Sullivan Corridor Specific Plan (SCSP) and associated environmental analysis pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act with a focus on accelerating housing production and facilitating compliance with the sixth-cycle Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA).
Focus: Undertake, guide, and successfully develop a new Commercial – Mixed Use (C-MU) zoning district for the Mission Street and Geneva Avenue corridors in Daly City. The new district would replace the existing Light Commercial (C-1) zoning district presently effective in these corridors.
