2. Remove Existing Blue Zone at 725 Southgate Avenue (M.H. Tobias Elementary School). Designate 100-Foot Long Passenger Loading/Unloading Zone on the east curb of Southgate Avenue, south of the Red Zone between the Hours of 8:00–8:30 A.M. and 2:30–3:00 P.M. on School days
