Establishing Traffic Regulations: 1. Prohibit “U” turns along Victoria Street, between Simpson Drive and Gellert Boulevard fronting Junipero Serra Elementary School 2. On Wembley Drive, fronting Serramonte Library: A. Extending No Parking zone forty feet east of the entrance to the Serramonte Library’s main parking lot B. Re-establish disabled parking space west of the Serramonte Library’s entrance to the loading dock. 3. On Hickey Boulevard, in the vicinity of Kaiser Medical Building: A. Establish No Parking/bus stop zone along the north curb on Hickey Boulevard starting ten feet east of the crosswalk at Kaiser Drive intersection and extending eastward for a distance of fifty-five feet. B. Establish a bus stop zone within the existing No Parking zone along the south curb of Hickey Boulevard immediately east of the driveway to Kaiser Medical Center. Place bus stop sign, per SamTrans standards, seventy-five feet from the eastern crosswalk stripe. C. Reduce Red zone length to forty feet on the north side of Hickey Boulevard, east of the driveway to the Shell gas station, across from new Kaiser Building D. Prohibit parking in the vehicle turnout on eastbound Hickey Boulevard, east of the northbound I-280 Off-ramp |
