3.         Establish “Loading or Unloading” zone (Yellow marking) between the two driveways of the Toyota Repair Shop on the northern curb of East Cavour Street, and no parking zone, (Red marking), on the north-west Corner of Hillside Boulevard a distance of fifty (50) feet.
