  1. Rescind the existing 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM No Parking Restriction on the west side of the 400 block of Miriam Street.

  2. Establish a northbound No Right-Turn on Red restriction at the Santa Barbara Avenue/Knowles Avenue intersection.

  3. Eliminate a 16-foot portion of the existing 26-foot No Parking Zone on southbound Santa Barbara Avenue, beginning 10 feet south of the southwest curb return with Knowles Avenue, and establish an 11-foot No Parking Zone on northbound Santa Barbara Avenue, beginning 12 feet south of the southwest curb return with Knowles Avenue and continuing south.
