  3. Implement the following parking improvements on School Street between Station Avenue and Junipero Serra Boulevard:

    4. •Convert the six (6) existing westbound 2-hour time limit parking stalls, beginning 47 feet west of Station Avenue and continuing 178 feet west, to 2-hour time limit parking meters

    •Establish three (3) westbound 2-hour time limit parking stalls, beginning 47 feet west of Station Avenue and continuing 66 feet west

    •Rescind two (2) portions of the eastbound No Parking Zone, the first portion beginning 193 feet west of Station Avenue and continuing 13 feet west, and the second portion beginning 221 feet west of Station Avenue and continuing 20 feet west

  4. Install a northbound Stop Control on Bryant Street and 92nd Street.

  5. Prohibit parking between 7:00 and 9:00 AM on weekdays on westbound Washington Street beginning at the eastern edge of the I-280 northbound on-ramp and continuing 95 feet east.
