Direct Debit Payment Option

You can now sign up for direct debit to pay your water and garbage bills. This method of payment automatically pays your utility bills from your bank account.

After signing up for this payment option, you will continue to receive your utility bill statement. Do not send in your payment unless otherwise indicated on your statement. Payment will automatically be deducted from your bank account on the due date shown on your statement.

How do I sign up?
Fill out the authorization form, enclose a voided check, and mail to Utility Billing Division, City of Daly City, 333-90th Street, Daly City, CA 94015. Continue to send payments until your statement indicates otherwise. To open and print the authorization form, click here.

Will I receive a bill statement?
Yes. You will continue to receive a statement that will show the amount that will be deducted from your bank account.

What if I want to stop this program?
You may cancel at anytime by notifying us in writing. Please give us ample time to process your request.
