After
a Design Permit is approved, the applicant
will modify the proposed plans to comply
with conditions of approval required during
the planning review process.

Once
the applicant has completed the plans;
including any required structural, mechanical,
electrical and plumbing plans, a building
permit application may be submitted by
the authorized applicant.
