Depending
on the type of project you want to do, your project
may require review by the Planning Commission, the
City Council and/or a Design Review Committee in addition
to review by the Planning Division prior to the issuance
of any permits. The flow chart below applies to property
owners who wish to construct an addition or a new
structure requiring a variance or a use permit or
other discretionary permit requiring approval by the
Planning Commission and City Council. Some projects
only require Design Review by a Design Review Committee. |
