For
the senior citizen (60 and over) the City of Daly City
has grants of up to $1,000 to help you with minor repairs
to your home. |

Paper
work is minimal: A written estimate showing the work
to be done including the cost and a mini-application
with copies of supporting documentation. |

The
City Residential Rehabilitation Program Staff will:
- Conduct
a full-house inspection.
-
Provide each eligible applicant with a follow-up
inspection report outlining any deficiencies found.
An estimate of the cost for repairs.
-
Grant recipients are under no obligation to have
any of the deficiencies repaired.
