NEIGHBORHOOD BEAUTIFICATION
 
Preserving the high quality of life for its citizens by providing on-going and needed public improvements is a key priority for the City. Well-maintained and updated public infrastructure represents a key foundation for vital communities. The City commits a portion of its annual Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) funds towards capital improvement activities.
