The
City’s First Time Homebuyer Education Program offers
education and counseling for homebuyers who are unfamiliar
with or wish to gain a more comprehensive understanding
of the home buying process. The City contracts with
First
Home, Inc.,to conduct the free seminars and provide
free individual homebuyer counseling to Daly City
residents. Please call 650-991-8068, if you have questions
about the City’s Homebuyer Education Program. To check

The City does not have a down payment or financing
assistance program to help first time homebuyers purchase
a house, however there are a wide range of local,
County, State and other programs presently available
to interested first time homebuyers in San Mateo County.
Because each of the agencies or programs listed below
will have different eligibility requirements, it would
be advisable to call or check out the website for
each one you are interested in.
