Description:

The volunteer Quality Assurance Specialist will closely
interact with the Engineering Division team.
Primary responsibility will be to assist staff in
reviewing construction contract documents for completeness
and constructability.

Example of Duties: Tasks
will include:

Reviewing plans and specifications for constructability
and completeness

Reviewing contruction contract bid schedules for
accuracy
-
Provide peer review of engineering design documents
a various stages of completion, (i.e., 30% design,
60% design, 90% design, 100% design).
|
Qualifications:
|
-
This position requires previous experience in
civil engineering; architectural and building
design and / or construction administration and
inspection.

Must be detail-oriented and highly accurate
-
Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential
matters
