Description:

The ideal volunteer Public Information Assistant will
be someone with good networking skills and ability
to seek sponsorships for recreation programs in a
professional manner.

Example of Duties:

Creating and maintaining contacts with community
groups, local businesses and corporations

Finding outside funding for special events and
a variety of recreational programming
|
Qualifications:
|

Must be at least a high school senior
-
Have interpersonal skills, knowledge of general
office procedures, word processing, filing

Marketing knowledge a plus
