Carter Terrace Apartments: Applications Available

Mercy Housing CA is taking applications for Carter Terrace Apartments, located at 522-556 Carter Street in San Francisco. Carter Terrace consists of one, two and three bedroom apartments and includes energy efficient appliances, wiring for cable, phone and internet, and a patio or deck. Carter Terrace also includes on-site property management staff, laundry room, computer learning center, multi-purpose room for gatherings, outdoor open space, and one car parking per apartment. Two apartments as designed to accommodate family day care operations and we are seeking applications from qualified family day care providers.

Monthly rents vary depending on household income and range as follows:

Carter Terrace is currently under construction. The apartments will be available in January 2005.

Application packets and brochures can be obtained from August 20-September 7, 2004 Monday through Friday, from 10am to 3pm at the office of Mercy Housing California at 1360 Mission Street, 3rd floor, San Francisco. Reasonable accommodations will be made for persons needing to receive the applications in another manner.
