Comments: The Daly City Redevelopment Agency has negotiated a Disposition and Development Agreement with Borel Poplar Development regarding the first phase of this 1.73 acre site.  The first phase will include about 17,000 s.f. of commercial space along Mission Street and 95 residential for-sale units.  In addition, the first phase will provide parking for the War Memorial Community Center as well as a substantial portion of the parking for the future second-phase office building.  Construction is anticipated to commence in the spring of 2005.
