Daly City, "Gateway to the Peninsula", is the largest City in San Mateo County. It is located on the Pacific Ocean and minutes from San Francisco International Airport and downtown San Francisco. It is a regional center for retailing and health care services. It has easy access to the Silicon Valley and Multi-Media Gulch and other economic activity centers in the San Francisco Bay Area. The City has the most affordable housing in the County.
