The Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency of Daly City was created following dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency on February 1, 2012. The Successor Agency is charged with overseeing actions related to the winding down of former Redevelopment affairs, including making payments related to enforceable obligations, performing obligations related to enforceable actions, and ensuring the ultimate disposal of the former Redevelopment Agency assets.
