The meeting was called to order by Chair Klatt at 7:55 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
It was moved by Director Christensen, seconded by Vice-Chair Gomez and carried to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting of July 28, 2008
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
It was moved by Director Guingona, seconded by Director Christensen, and carried to approve the Agenda for August 25, 2008.
It was moved by Vice-Chair Gomez, seconded by Director Guingona and carried to approve all items on the Redevelopment Agency Consent Agenda of August 25, 2008.

10. Conceptual Review CR08-8, PG&E Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station
731 Schwerin Street
Michael Van Lonkhuysen, Senior Planner presented the staff report stating that the Bayshore Redevelopment Agency Committee forwards a recommendation of conceptual approval of the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling station with the proposed conditions.
The proposed use of the CNG fueling is a permitted use within the zone. No use permit is required by zoning for this use at the site.
It was moved by Vice-Chair Gomez, seconded by Director Christensen, and carried to adopt the following resolution:
A Resolution of the Daly City Redevelopment Agency for Conceptual Review (CR08-8) Re: PG&E Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Fueling Station 731 Schwerin Street
11. Conceptual Review CR08-14, Garment Manufacture and Retail
5951 & 5955 Mission Street
Michael Van Lonkhuysen, Senior Planner presented the staff report recommending the Agency grant conceptual approval of the proposed garment manufacturing and retail clothing including a waiver of two parking spaces for the business at 5951 and 5955 Mission Street.
It was moved by Director Christensen, seconded by Vice-Chair Gomez, and carried to adopt the following resolution:
A Resolution of the Daly City Redevelopment Agency Adopting Findings and Granting Conceptual Approval for a Proposed Garment Manufacture and Retail Clothing Business Located at 5951 and 5955 Mission Street, Daly City, California
It was moved by Vice-Chair Gomez, seconded by Director Guingona, and carried to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 PM.
