The meeting was called to order by Chair Klatt at 8:23 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
It was moved by Vice-Chair Gomez, seconded by Director Torres, and carried to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting of March 24, 2008.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
It was moved by Vice-Chair Gomez, seconded by Director Torres, and carried to approve the Agenda for April 28, 2008.
Claims: Expenditures and Claims for February 2008
It was moved by Vice-Chair Gomez, seconded by Director Guingona and carried to approve all items on the Redevelopment Agency Consent Agenda of April 28, 2008.

Joint Session with City Council:
10. Consideration of a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) with Peninsula Habitat for Humanity for the Development of a 36-Unit Residential Development Located at 7555 Mission Street
It was moved by Vice-Chair Gomez, seconded by Director Guingona to table this item.
End of Joint Session
Richard Berger, Economic and Community Development Director, stated that the Agency was in receipt of a letter from the attorney representing J&S Construction requesting this item be continued indefinitely, pending a meeting between the Agency and J&S Construction.
It was moved by Director Guingona, seconded by Vice-Mayor Gomez to table this item.
It was moved by Director Torres, seconded by Director Guingona, and carried to adjourn the meeting at 8:25 PM.
