The meeting was called to order by Chair Gomez at 8:14 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
It was moved by Director Torres seconded by Director Guingona and carried to approve the minutes of March 26, 2007.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
It was moved by Director Christensen, seconded by Director Torres and carried to approve the agenda for April 9, 2007.
10. Dunn Edwards – Authorize City Manager to Execute Purchase and Sale Agreement and Proposed Parking Easement Agreement
Richard Berger, Economic & Community Development Assistant Director, presented the staff report requesting the Agency authorize the City Manager to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Daly City Redevelopment Agency and SPI 2201 Daly City, L.P., a California limited partnership, to allow the sale of approximately 5,000 square feet of land owned by the Redevelopment Agency for $241,053.00. A proposed Parking Easement Agreement allows the use of approximately 23,350 square feet of land owned by the City and the Agency for vehicular parking for 55 years plus two 10-year extensions. The easement is being purchased for $269,379.99.
Mr. Berger noted that the specifics of the proposed project had been presented summarized earlier during the City Council meeting and he offered to answer any questions.
It was moved by Director Guingona, seconded by Vice-Chair Klatt, and carried by unanimous roll call vote to adopt the following resolution:
A Resolution of the Governing Board of the Daly City Redevelopment Agency Approving Easement Agreement and Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Daly City, the Daly City Redevelopment Agency and SPI 2201 Daly City, L.P. to Allow the Sale of Purchase of Redevelopment Agency Property and an Easement Agreement for Long Term Use of Property for Parking Purposes.
It was moved by Director Guingona, seconded by Director Torres, and carried to adjourn the meeting at 8:16 PM.
