CONSENT AGENDA

 

All items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and may be approved by one roll call vote of the City Council.  There shall be no separate discussion of the matters on the Consent Agenda unless requested by a member of the City Council.  If discussion is required, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately at the end of the Agenda.

 

Resolutions:

 

1.

Adopting Resolution for Regional Funding for Maintenance of Local Streets and Roads

 

 

2.

Adopting Findings of Fact for Use Permit UP03-11 to Operate a New Restaurant and Bar at 6192 Mission Street

 

 

3.

Authorizing Peninsula Community Foundation Emerging Arts Grant to Daly City Peninsula Partnership Collaborative for $4,350

 

 

4.

Accepting Grant from Carl Gellert and Celia Berta Gellert Foundation in the Amount of $6,000 and Appropriation of Funds

 

 

5.

Authorizing Execution of Revised Joint Powers Agreement for Inter-Governmental Employee Relations Services “Bay Area Employee Relations Service” (BAERS)

 

 

6.

Acceptance and Appropriation of Funds from the Peninsula Community Foundation to the Senior Services Budget from the Supporter’s of Doelger Senior Center Inc. in their third and final year support for Daly City Adult Community Connecting Education, Service and Support (A.C.C.E.S.S.) in the amount of $51,449

7.

Establishing Traffic Regulations:

 

  1.     Prohibit “U” turns along Victoria Street, between Simpson Drive and Gellert Boulevard fronting Junipero Serra Elementary School

  2.     On Wembley Drive, fronting Serramonte Library:

          A.  Extending No Parking zone forty feet east of the entrance to the Serramonte Library’s main parking lot

B.     Re-establish disabled parking space west of the Serramonte Library’s entrance to the loading dock.

  3.     On Hickey Boulevard, in the vicinity of Kaiser Medical Building:

          A.  Establish No Parking/bus stop zone along the north curb on Hickey Boulevard starting ten feet east of the crosswalk at Kaiser Drive intersection and extending eastward for a distance of fifty-five feet.

          B.   Establish a bus stop zone within the existing No Parking zone along the south curb of Hickey Boulevard immediately east of the driveway to Kaiser Medical Center.  Place bus stop sign, per SamTrans standards, seventy-five feet from the eastern crosswalk stripe.

          C.  Reduce Red zone length to forty feet on the north side of Hickey Boulevard, east of the driveway to the Shell gas station, across from new Kaiser Building

          D.  Prohibit parking in the vehicle turnout on eastbound Hickey Boulevard, east of the northbound I-280 Off-ramp
