Amending Traffic Regulations:

1.         Convert the existing 80-foot No Parking Zone on westbound 88th Street, beginning 157 feet west of Edgeworth Street to a Loading Zone (yellow curb) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

2.         Prohibit Right-Turns on Red on northbound Hillside Boulevard at East Market Street from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

3.         Install all way Stop Controls at the Linda Vista Drive/Bay Ridge Drive/Schwerin Street intersection.

4.         Convert five (5) existing parking meters fronting 6500 to 6524 Mission Street from a one (1) hour time limit to a 30-Minute Time Limit.

5.         Amend maximum time limit for parking in the most easterly space on the south side of Hillcrest Drive to 30-Minutes, and convert the 20-foot long No Parking zone on southbound Mission Street south of Hillcrest Drive, fronting 6300 Mission Street, to a Loading Zone (yellow curb).

6.         Install a 25-foot long No Parking Zones on southbound Junipero Serra Blvd at the approach and departure of 91st Street and at the approach to 92nd Street.

7.         Install a northbound stop control on Maywood Avenue at its intersection with Baldwin Avenue.

8.         Affirm a policy and procedures for removing marked crosswalks.

9.    Amend parking and traffic regulations for Junipero Serra Boulevard (J.S. Blvd.) fronting Pacific Plaza, north of Westlake Avenue, as follows:

  • Convert existing five-minute maximum time limit parking (green zone) fronting 2001 J.S. Blvd. to a Passenger/Loading Zone (white curb).
  • Convert a portion of the existing No Parking zone (red curb) fronting 1901 J.S. Blvd. to a sixty-five (65) feet long Loading Zone (yellow curb).
  • Convert all No Parking zones to “Tow-away/No Parking Zones” along both sides of J.S. Blvd. north of Westlake Avenue as marked by signs and/or curb markings.
  • Prohibit northbound to southbound U turns on J.S. Blvd. north of Westlake Avenue.

10.  Approve traffic regulations for Marchbank Park Traffic Safety Improvements as shown on Exhibit K and as follows:

·        Install new pedestrian warning pavement markers and high visibility signs on either side of the north/south crosswalk on North Parkview Avenue leading to the baseball diamond near 474 North ParkviewAvenue.

·        Install a new north/south marked crosswalk across North Parkview Avenue on the western leg of the Woodrow Street intersection, leading to the new park entrance.

·        Establish all way stop controls at the intersections of North Parkview Avenue/San Diego Avenue and South Parkview Avenue/Woodrow Street.

·        Install new north/south marked crosswalks at the intersection of South Parkview Avenue and Woodrow Street.
