ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan

The ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan will identify potential noncompliant items and other physical barriers at City buildings, parking lots, and recreational facilities. The Consultant shall assist the City in developing the procedure and forms needed to conduct a Self-Evaluation in accordance with the guidelines and requirements proposed in the Americans with Disability Act (ADA).
