The Daly City Public Library Associates is a non-profit (501(c)(3)) organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to the Daly City Public Library. 

Project Read

Project Read of North San Mateo County provides free tutoring to assist adults in learning to read and write. The Daly City Public Library, along with other area libraries, hosts Project Read tutoring and Families for Literacy story nights.

History Guild of Daly City/Colma

The History Guild of Daly City/Colma operates a local history museum in the former John Daly Library at 6351 Mission St, Daly City. The hours are Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and the first Saturday of the month from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.

Community Information Project

The Community Information Program (CIP) provides information on nonprofit and public services available to people who live or work in San Mateo County, California. The CIP database is available from the PLS web site.

Daly City Peninsula Partnership Collaborative Program

The Daly City Public Library is a member of the Daly City Peninsula Partnership Collaborative. The Program was formed in 1995 as an outgrowth of the FUTURES program. The mission of this group is to promote and facilitate collaborative efforts to ensure that young children and their families have access to the health, education, and social services they need to be successful in both school and life. Our focus is on families and young children from before birth to third grade.
