Although our public libraries remain closed due to the Shelter in Place order, a Daly City library card provides access to a host of online resources, from e-books and audio books, to streaming video, electronic magazines, and complete access to the New York Times.

If you are a Daly City resident and do not have a library card, you can secure one online by completing the application by clicking here.

During the Shelter in Place order, we ask that library patrons not visit the libraries to return borrowed items – including books, Wi-Fi hotspots, and videos.  We are not assessing any overdue fines or late fees. As of today, all materials that have been checked out have a return date June 30, 2020.  There is no need to return materials until the libraries re-open for business.

Follow the Daly City Public Library on Instagram and Facebook @DalyCityLibrary for daily updates.
