How it Works

  • Place holds on items through our online catalog. You can also email or call 650-991-8023 for recommendations or assistance.
  • Once you have been notified that your item is ready to pick up, bring your library card to the pick-up location you selected during curbside hours.
  • Library staff will assist you at the front door.
  • Library items can be returned in the book drops of our four branches at any time.
  • Returned items are quarantined for at least 96 hours so returns will not be immediately reflected on your account. No late fines will accrue while items are quarantined.

Mail Delivery Service

You can print up to ten pages per day at no cost at any of our four branches. Prints can be picked up during our curbside hours listed above. We are not handling money or cards at the moment so print jobs must be ten pages or less. Please select your preferred branch for specific instructions.
