Step 9: Building Permit Review
1. After a Design Permit is approved, the applicant will modify the proposed plans to comply with conditions of approval required during the planning review process.
2. Once the applicant has completed the plans; including any required structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans, a building permit application may be submitted by the authorized applicant.
