The City of Daly City provides:

- Full house inspections
- Work write-ups
- Assistance in selecting a contractor
- Other assistance, as needed, for the success of your project
- All code deficiencies must be corrected
- No partial rehab is allowed
- General property improvements are limited to 40% of the loan
- Mobile homes eligible for all loans<
