• HUD Five Year Consolidated Plan   The City is preparing its HUD Five Year Consolidated Plan and is requesting your input.  The Five Year Plan outlines the priorities that will guide how the City will allocate its CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) and HOME funds.  These funds may be used for various activities to benefit low and moderate income persons and neighborhoods.  Please complete our online survey to help us set housing and community development priorities.  The survey is also available to print in English, Spanish, Filipino, and Chinese.  Completed surveys may be e-mailed to, dropped off at a City library or mailed to:  City Hall/ECD, 333 - 90th Street, Daly City, CA 94015.

        In addition to the surveys there will be a community meeting to gather input for the          Consolidated Plan.

  • Free Minor Home Repairs  Daly City’s Residential Rehabilitation Programs offer grants and low-interest loans to eligible low-income homeowners and rental property owners (whose units are occupied by 51% or more low-income renters) for a variety of minor home improvements. Lower-income Daly City residents may also be eligible for non-profit agencies' housing rehabilitation programs offering free home improvements.
