    • Assessment of Fair Housing      The draft Assessment of Fair Housing is available for public review and comment through September 15, 2017.  Please visit http://housing.smcgov.org/draft-afh to read the draft and submit anonymous comments.  A reading copy of the draft will also be available at the San Mateo County Department of Housing Office (264 Harbor Blvd Bldg A, Belmont CA, 94002) or at the ECD/Housing Division at City Hall (333 – 90th St., Daly City, CA, 94015).  For questions or requests for assistance, please email Fairhousing@smchousing.org.

      • Free Minor Home Repairs  Daly City’s Residential Rehabilitation Programs offer grants and low-interest loans to eligible low-income homeowners and rental property owners (whose units are occupied by 51% or more low-income renters) for a variety of minor home improvements. Lower-income Daly City residents may also be eligible for non-profit agencies' housing rehabilitation programs offering free home improvements.
