Free Minor Home Repairs Daly City’s Residential Rehabilitation Programs offer grants and low-interest loans to eligible low-income homeowners and rental property owners (whose units are occupied by 51% or more low-income renters) for a variety of minor home improvements. Lower-income Daly City residents may also be eligible for non-profit agencies' housing rehabilitation programs offering free home improvements.
