Public Hearing Set For Community Development and Housing Needs, December 12, 2016, at 7 p.m. There will be a public hearing on community development and housing needs that are eligible for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The hearing is part of the citizen participation and planning process for the City's annual HUD Action Plan for FY 17-18.
- Public Notice of Proposed Amendment to Community Participation Plan. The City is amending its Community Participation Plan (formerly known as Citizen Participation Plan). The public review and comment period is from November 27 to December 12, 2016.
- Free Minor Home Repairs Daly City’s Residential Rehabilitation Programs offer grants and low-interest loans to eligible low-income homeowners and rental property owners (whose units are occupied by 51% or more low-income renters) for a variety of minor home improvements. Lower-income Daly City residents may also be eligible for non-profit agencies' housing rehabilitation programs offering free home improvements.
