BART Paid Parking Starts June 22

BART Paid Parking Starts June 22, 2003
       
Starting June 22, a parking fee will be required at all parking facilities at the Daly City, Colma, South San Francisco, San Bruno and Millbrae BART stations. This includes Carpool, Midday and Disabled parking areas.

You may pay the fee in one of two ways:

Daily
 
Monthly Permit

1.

Park in any numbered stall in the Daily Parking area. 1.
Go to www.bart.gov/parking or call
1-800-676-1611 and sign up for a monthly permit. Permits go on sale May 27, 2003.
2. Remember your stall number. 2.
Permits cost $42 for unreserved Daily Parking and $63 for Reserved Parking.
3. Go to any Addfare machine in the station and enter your stall number. 3.
For your convenience; your monthly permit fee can be deducted automatically from your credit card or checking account.
4. Pay the $2.00 fee using cash or your BART ticket and retrieve your receipt. 4.
Permit holders do not have to validate their stall number each day
       
NOTE: Also beginning June 22, there will be a 24-hour time limit on parking in all lots except on weekends at East Bay stations and at Daly City.
