Proposed Short-Term Rental Ordinance - Public Hearing on Mon., Jan. 13

Please be advised that the City Council will consider adoption of a Short-Term Rental Ordinance, at the above time and place. As proposed, the Ordinance would formally allow property owners and tenants to rent out a portion of their home, or their entire home, for periods of 30 consecutive days or less, and establish regulations for doing so. The proposed regulations would apply to all existing and new short-term rentals in Daly City. The Ordinance does not affect properties rented for more than 30 consecutive days to the same guest.

The public hearing is an opportunity for members of the public to attend and receive additional information about the proposed regulations, and to submit public comment related to them. Alternatively, written comments may be provided to the City Clerk, City Hall, 333 90th Street, Daly City, CA, 94015, prior to the public hearing.
