Free E-waste Recycling Event on Sat., July 11, 10am-2pm, at City Hall

Electronic equipment is highly toxic to the environment. Please keep these items away from our roadsides, oceans, and landfills. Dispose of it properly at the City's free E-waste Recycling Event on Sat., July 11.

The event is held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, at the City Hall, main parking lot, located at 333 90th Street.

Items to drop-off include camcorders, cell and desk phones, chips and components, computers, connectors/cables, DVD players, fax machines, keyboards, laptops, monitors, mice, optical drives, PC boards, PDAs, printers, radios, scanners, servers, stereos, storage discs, tape and zip drives, televisions, UPS power supply units, video game consoles, and VCRs.

Unacceptable items include lighting or household hazardous waste or batteries and household appliances such as cooktops, dishwashers, fans, floor heaters, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, freezers.
